MEET THE OWNERS
Tim Mitchell
Tim brings more than 35 years of experience in the building, property restoration, and remodeling industry. His passion for construction began at age 15 while working alongside his uncle, John, as a laborer on renovation projects.
Over the years, Tim has developed a wide range of hands-on experience, from crafting large theater sets and props to framing, constructing, restoring, and renovating residential and commercial properties throughout New York and New Jersey.
In 2006, Tim relocated to Florida, where he quickly established himself as a trusted subcontractor for numerous restoration companies. During that time, he specialized in mold remediation, water damage restoration, fire damage cleanup, structural drying, and reconstruction services.
Today, Tim is fully licensed and insured to restore and remodel both commercial and residential properties, specializing in disaster cleanup and complete restoration of mold, water, and fire damage.
Lisa Doyle-Mitchell
A New York native, Lisa began her career in administrative roles within the financial industry, where she was introduced to the coordination and management of venture capital roadshow events.
After relocating to Florida in 2001, Lisa expanded her management experience while working with organizations such as The Spa at Olde Marco Island Inn & Suites, the Global Health & Healing Expo, and Expo Marketing’s Lifestyle Expo. During this time, she also helped launch Expo Marketing’s Lifestyle magazine and later sold advertising for the News-Press.
In 2012, Lisa launched her own company, Your Walking Billboard, LLC, which supported the sales and marketing efforts of three monthly niche publications for more than ten years.
In mid-2022, Lisa began transitioning into her office leadership role with TOPCAT Property Restoration, where she manages daily administrative operations, oversees marketing initiatives, and helps ensure the team is fully equipped to serve TOPCAT’s clients with professionalism and care.
